What size of boxing gloves should I choose?

8 OZ
Typically used for fighting and competition only, very small and reserved for full contact tournaments and fights.

10 OZ
Along with the 8 oz, these gloves are used for competition. The smallest practical adult glove, these are a great choice for hitting pads with your coach or use on the heavy bag. A 10 oz glove will be appropriate for someone with smaller hands looking to hone techniques. 12 OZ
